Epulse Micromobility t/a Inokim UK is the sole office importer of genuine Inokim Parts.

Unless stated we provide new parts.

If you require a quote for a new or used part or accessory please email parts@epulsemicro.com. Please provide full details of the part you require including the make and serial number of the scooter it is for and pictures where relevant.

We aim to process your request within 2 working days and dispatch within 24hrs after receiving payment if the item is in stock.

Hermes 1-2 day service can take 3 working days if dispatched in the afternoon. Faster deliveries are possible on request using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Deliveries can take longer during lockdown.

We may offer used parts and accessories but when we do so this is clearly stated.
Warranty on used parts will be stated on the invoice. Please keep this if you need to make a claim.

Warranty on new parts will vary depending upon the part and is also stated on the invoice. Batteries and Controllers have a limited warranty.

If you receive a part or accessory which is not the correct item, please email us explaining the problem. We will then authorise return of the item and refund your postage costs.

If you do not want us to use your contact details to receive marketing material and our regular news letter, please specify this in your email. We confirm this information will not be shared with third parties.
