When purchasing an electric scooter or electric bike with ePulse, you not only receive a high quality e-vehicle, but a solid and transparent warranty to set your mind at ease. You can opt for the standard warranty that exists with all products, a full warranty or an extended full warranty.
The warranty comes with all purchases covers repairs and replacements deemed genuinely necessary in the case of a faulty product. This is a 12 month warranty, it excludes any labor costs. It also excludes loss or breakage of plastic components, perishables, commercial use, inappropriate riding (please see our “Good Use & Maintenance” document), water ingress and non-genuine parts.
A full warranty is a 12 month warranty that includes labor costs to a maximum spend of £500 in the first year. This covers repairs and replacements as above, but reduces the above exclusions to commercial use, private rental, competition, off and on road racing and towing cargo, inappropriate riding (please see our “Good Use & Maintenance” document), water ingress, non-genuine parts and perishables.
An extended warranty would extend the above full warranty to 24 months and would include an additional £500 labor in the second year. It is possible to extend the full warranty to 36 months. However this would exclude any battery replacement or repair.
This is a back to base warranty and it is limited to two claims per year.
